Overview

Cok Hub (“we”, “us”) is a fan-made wiki and community tool for Clash of Kings players. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Cok Hub is not affiliated with the game publisher.

Information we collect

• Account details — email address, username, and a hashed password if you set one. If you sign in with Google, we store your Google account ID and the email address Google provides.
• Game profile — in-game player ID and related profile information you choose to link to your account.
• Battle reports — report URLs you submit and the parsed battle data we fetch from those public links.
• Feedback — titles, descriptions, and categories you submit through the feedback form, along with your account identifier.
• Technical data — standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and request timestamps) and session cookies needed to keep you signed in.

How we use information

We use the information above to:

• create and secure your account;
• save and display battle reports and community content you choose to store;
• send authentication emails (one-time codes, password resets, and email-change confirmations);
• respond to feedback you submit;
• operate, protect, and improve the service.

We do not sell your personal information.

Google Sign-In

If you choose “Continue with Google”, Google handles authentication and shares basic profile information (such as your email address and Google account ID) with us according to Google’s policies. We use that information only to create or sign you into your Cok Hub account.

Cookies and sessions

We use essential cookies to maintain your login session and protect against cross-site request forgery. You can control non-essential cookies through your browser settings, but some features may not work without session cookies.

Service providers

We rely on third-party services to run Cok Hub, including:

• hosting and database providers that store application data;
• email delivery for account messages;
• Google for optional sign-in;
• Linear for tracking feedback tickets you submit.

These providers process data on our behalf to deliver the service. Community features may also make certain information visible to other members of a community you join.

Retention

We keep account and content data while your account is active. Authentication tokens and server logs are retained only as long as needed for security and operations. You may request account deletion by contacting us (see below).

Your choices

You can update your email, username, and password in account settings. You may sign out at any time. To request access, correction, or deletion of your data, use the feedback form while signed in or email us through the contact method listed on the site.

Children

Cok Hub is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of Cok Hub after changes means you accept the revised policy.
